Bridge Housing Charitable Trust is proud to congratulate our Chair, Simon Perry who was named as the winner of the Hawkins Construction Long Service Award at the Property Council NZ Central People Property Awards 2023.
Simon, who is also a Director of Perry Group, has created a legacy of commitment and excellence. His journey with Perry Group began in 1989 when he joined as the Marketing Manager. Over the years, he grew to steer the ship, eventually taking the helm as Chief Executive in 1993. For 15 remarkable years, he led Perry Group, and in 2007, he gracefully transitioned into the role of Chairman.
Beyond his corporate endeavors, Simon’s dedication to the community is truly commendable. He chairs the Brian Perry Charitable Trust, reflecting his commitment to the wider Waikato community. His leadership extends to various boards, both in the business and community sectors.
